PRICING DETAILS
Fees
The fee for a standard 60-minute session is $225.
Fees are reviewed annually according to the Australian Psychology Society.
Medicare rebates
To receive an automatic Medicare rebate per consultation, you can obtain a referral from your GP or psychiatrist using a Mental Health Treatment Plan. A Mental Health Treatment Plan provides you with an initial 6 rebated sessions, after which you can return to your GP for review. Your GP can then provide a re-referral for an additional 4 sessions, if clinically indicated. For more information about Medicare subsidised sessions, see the Medicare Human Services website or speak to your GP or psychiatrist.
DVA payments
If you are a veteran who holds a DVA WHITE or GOLD card, you may be entitled to 10 fully funded individual sessions with no financial cost to yourself. You will require a DVA referral from your GP or Psychiatrist to access this service. Some limitations apply to eligibility for White card holders.
Private Health Fund
Most private health funds also offer rebates. In this case, an invoice will be emailed to you following your consultation for you to claim through your private health fund.
Prior to your first consultation, a new client intake form will be emailed to you for completion and return. Return of this form, confirms your appointment, and facilitates payment and rebates to be processed automatically following the consultation, processed through secure practice management software.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation with less than 24 hour-notice attracts a fee of $215. Non-attendance attracts the full fee for the session. Please be aware that late notice and non-attendance fees need to be paid prior to attending the next appointment.
