March Reflections

This month has felt like a turning point.
Decisions being made, holding both hope and loss.

There’s something about these moments that can feel both clear and uncertain at the same time. An ending of one chapter, and the beginning of another.

In sessions this month, I’ve noticed many people sitting in this in-between space.
Letting go of what no longer fits, despite not quite feeling settled in what’s ahead.

It’s not always comfortable. Sometimes it feels heavy, or a little disorienting. But it also feels important. Like something is shifting, even if it’s not fully clear yet.

These kinds of changes aren’t just something we think through. Even when a decision has been made, there’s often a transition of feeling that change in the body and nervous system.

There can be a pull to move forward quickly. To move past the discomfort and have it all make sense. To feel settled again. But often, this is the part where slowing down matters.

Sometimes it’s as simple as stepping outside for a moment. Letting yourself be in nature, a place that doesn’t need anything from you. The ocean, the air, the feeling of your feet on the ground. Slow down enough to allow nature to soften your thoughts and settle your body, even just a little.

There’s no need to rush this part.

Sometimes finding freedom is not about having the answers.
Sometimes it begins with moving slowly through change.
